Pineapples are known to belong to the family member of the bromeliad family. It contains high enzymes which are full of bromelain and the antioxidant family of vitamin C both of which play an integral part in the body’s healing system specially dealing with pain.

How does pineapple juice help?

Bromelain which is well known to be a natural anti-inflammatory which is composed of analgesic properties thereby encouraging healing and promoting the overall health being of an individual. It is very effective in treating bruises and pains caused by rheumatoid arthritis.

This is achieved by the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects which help to retrieve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms by reducing swelling which are postoperative in nature. In addition, pineapples have enzymes which aid in breaking down amino acids bonds which advances good digestion.

Pineapples offer vitamin C which protects the body from any radical damages and boosting the immune system. The vitamin helps the body in that it repairs the body tissues and also promotes healing of wounds. The body also uses this vitamin to metabolize cholesterol, fats, iron absorption and synthesizing collagen and amino acids. Collagen is important in that it is one of the building blocks of cartilage, bones and skin.

The vitamin found in pineapples is good for the overall oral health since vitamin C reduces the chances of contracting periodontal diseases which are known to destroy gum tissues and underlying jaw bones which recently have been linked to stroke, diabetes and heart diseases. If you are searching to get rid of rheumatoid arthritis pain, pineapple juice is the way to go.

The fresh juice is preferred over all others because it has the most healing properties. Canned pineapple juice is not recommended because bromelain in canned pineapples is destroyed when processing due to the heat involved in the process.

How to get a good pineapple for juicing?

When choosing which fresh pineapple you will use to juice, do not judge solely on color. The most important consideration one must take to ensure that they get the right pineapple is determining the ripeness of the pineapple with your smell.

Ripe pineapples will often give a tropical sweet smell and keep them at room temperatures until they are ready for use. It should be noted that pineapple juice helps to keep the joints freely moving.

Preparation of pineapple juice is simple and all is needed is peeling and removing the eyes and the fibrous center. A sharp knife will always work miracles especially if you cut the pineapple into four wedges.

Once it is prepared, one can use a blender to juice it and made into tropical drinks or smoothies that can be taken by people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis which will make the healing process quicker. Pineapples offer the vitamins required to help the body fend off pain and make the bone structures strong and therefore should be used by all means as an option in treating rheumatoid arthritis.

Juicing for rheumatoid arthritis disease

Three pineapple juices should be taken daily so that they can counteract rheumatoid arthritis. The juices should be made immediately they are to be consumed and if it’s not possible to consume them immediately, then keeping them in a refrigerator could be the next option.

A lot of ice should be included to ensure that the juice is fully oxidized. Drinking plain pineapple juice is highly recommended for rheumatoid arthritis because it is overloaded with anti-inflammatory components. One should always consult a medical adviser for the right quantity to take.
