Kratom as a Natural Pain Remedy

There is a hot new product on the market known as Kratom. Well, it would be false to call it new as it has been around in the Southeast Asian market for hundreds of years as a herbal pain blocker. Recently, it has become popular in the west and has even garnered some attention by regulatory authorities. There are several places to buy kratom. online
Not much study has been done on kratom however some suggest it as the best herbal pain reliever around.

It works to activate opiate receptors similarly to prescription pain pills – with much less side effects. This product may work wonders but it is not yet tested by the FDA and caution is recommended when trying this product.

Capsaicin – Natural Pain Remedies

Capsaicin is the active ingredient that is found in chili peppers.  This may be effective because it is thought to desensitize the skin that is prone to pain.  Studies have shown that those individuals who have used this topical treatment for an extended amount of time have had positive effects.  This may be a great option for those that are suffering from arthritis or even neuropathy.  This topical treatment can be purchased in health stores or even in pharmacies.

Arnica –

There are more and more people out there that have started to consider using herbs as a great way to decrease pain and as an option for natural pain remedies.  This is certainly natural and it can be effective for a lot of different people. Arnica is an herb that has been found in a European flower.  There is not a lot of information about why this is effective but it has been found to help decrease inflammation.  Some professionals have reported that it is wonderful for those patients that might be dealing with inflammation and pain related to knee surgery.  Others have found that it is effective for those that are suffering from pain related to having their tonsils removed.

Those that are considering using this natural pain remedy will want to take the time to rub an arnica ointment on areas of the body that may be bruised.  Individuals that may be suffering from sore muscles may even find that it can be effective if it is rubbed on the painful area.  Another option would be to take arnica pills approximately three times a day.  It is recommended that you take arnica pills and place them under your tongue.

As you can see, there are options related to natural pain remedies.  You simply have to take the time to see what is out there.  Keep in mind that no matter what you find, what works for one person may not work for another.  Therefore, you will need to try a few different things to see what works for you.  Never mix remedies without talking to your doctor.  Also, try one remedy before you try another to see if your body is going to have any negative side effects. Natural pain remedies are generally safe but you should never assume.
