Even the doctors are not sure about why some females feel that way and some don’t. Those who feel the pain have a large amount of blood flow, they are having their first child, feeling sensation in prostaglandins, a hormone that affects your womb or this is their introductory period. Some of other factors can be the use of birth control contraceptives or the uterine tissue growth in the womb.

Many home remedies are available at home, but the females don’t know how to use them to reduce pain, especially during the time menstruation occurs. They can prevent their pain during the next period, ‘prevention is always better than cure.’ We will discuss some tips with them today:

Massage Therapy

The whole massage lasts for 20 minutes and you will find relief from the pain, which is making your life uncomfortable. The massager has to press some specific points around the abdomen, back and sides. It can be done with any lavender or marjoram oil.

But first dilute it with carrier oil like a vegetable or nut oil. You can also use grape seed oil or sweet almond oil. Mix 1 drop of essential oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil. Only then it will be safe.

You can also use any oil that has a sweet fragrance; the massager should be an expert, pressing certain parts precisely. Sniffing the lavender oil can make you fall sound sleep.

Avoid Some Foods

You need to eradicate certain foods during your menstruation, because these foods cause water retention and bloating. Give up the foods that contain lots of fats, caffeine, salt, carbonated beverages and give up all the drinks that have alcohol contents in them.

Giving up these foods can reduce your tension and cramps. Get habitual to drinking mint or ginger tea. You can also have a lemon mixed with warm water. If you feel the urge to have something sweet, better have strawberries or raspberries.

There is another way, soak a clean cloth in boiling water and wring it around your lower abdomen area and back.
