Almonds Are Good

Almonds are rich in vitamin-E. It helps in the development of elasticity and make it look smooth and radiant. To make an almond paste, soak raw almonds in milk till they get soft, and then blend them together.

Apply this paste onto the stretch marks and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing off with plain water. You can also apply almond oil overnight, so that your skin gets ample time to absorb it. Treating your affected skin with almonds on a daily basis will fade the stretch marks to a large extent.

Aloe Vera Gel To Fade Away Stretch Marks

The formation of stretch marks takes place when the latter loses its elasticity. Aloe Vera gel is a perfect solution to regain the lost elasticity. You can easily find aloe vera gel in the market. Rub this gel on the affected skin area on a daily basis. Before rinsing, leave it for 15 minutes. Gradually, you will notice the marks fading away.

Egg Whites To Fade Away Stretch Marks

According to some clinical studies, protein is a reliable nutrient that can be used for dealing with stubborn zebra stripes. Eggs are an excellent source of protein. The white contains amino acids and proteins. Take the white part of egg, slightly whisk it and apply it on the affected skin.

Sugar To Fade Away Stretch Marks

White sugar is the most genuine and one of the gentlest ways to fade off stretch marks from your body. White sugar contains essential fatty acids, which help to remove stretch marks. Blend one tbsp of sugar with a few drops of lemon juice and almond oil. Gently rub the paste on the affected skin for a few minutes before taking a shower.

Castor Oil To Fade Away Stretch Marks

Castor oil is used in the treatment of many skin related problems such as wrinkles, moles, dark spots, pimples, age spots and fine lines and also used to get rid of stretch marks too. Apply castor oil to the stretch marks and then gently massage the area for 5 to 10 minutes in circular motions.

Cover that particular area with a thin cotton cloth. Then, using a heating pad or hot water bottle, apply some heat to the damaged area for at least a half an hour.
