You Need:

  1. A mason jar

  2. While decarboxylating the cannabis, take the pot of water and heat it.
  3. Chop ginger roots or garlic and put them in the jar. Once the cannabis has fully decarboxylated, add it to the jar. Now, pour olive oil into the jar.
  4. Place the jar in warm water for 1.5 – 2 hours with medium-low heat. Make sure the mixture gets 150-200°F temperature for an hour. You can check the temperature using the cooking thermometer.
  5. Once the cannabis has blended with olive oil, strain the oil using a strainer or cheesecloth. The infusion is ready!

You Need:

  1. One pound of unsalted butter
  2. Six grams of cannabis
  3. A saucepan
  4. A mesh-sieve
  5. A bowl

  1. Decarboxylate cannabis.
  2. Take a medium saucepan and put the butter in it. Heat the pan in medium-low heat. Add the decarboxylated cannabis into the pan and cook for nearly 45 minutes. Make sure the pan’s temperature doesn’t go above 200°F.
  3. After 45 minutes, leave the pan undisturbed for 10 mins.
  4. Pour the mixture to a bowl through a mesh-sieve and carefully press using a spoon.

  6. 1/4 cup of white wine
  7. One can of peeled tomatoes – 15½ ounce
  8. One pound of spaghetti
  9. Regular ricotta cheese – 8 ounces
  10. Kosher salt
  11. Black pepper

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet in medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add the sardines and fennel and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the chili flakes and cook for one minute.
  5. Add white wine and cook for two more minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper.
  7. Take a big pot of salted water and boil it. Add spaghetti into it and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Drain the spaghetti by keeping 1/2 cup of water in the pot.
  9. Put the spaghetti in the sauce.

Now serve the spaghetti into bowls and top each with ricotta. Add the fennel as a garnish. Give your stomach the treat it deserves.

Pot Brownies

You Need:

  1. 7½ tablespoons of unsalted butter
  2. 1½ tablespoons of cannabutter
  3. 6 ounces of dark chocolate
  4. A cup of all-purpose flour
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  6. Two large eggs kept at room temperature
  7. A cup of sugar
  8. A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  9. 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a square cake pan of 8-inch with butter.
  3. Melt both kinds of butter in a saucepan in medium heat. Put chocolate into it and stir until the mixture is smooth. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Mix the flour and baking powder.
  5. Take a large bowl and whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until the mixture turns fluffy and light yellow. Add the chocolate mixture into it and mix it well. Add the flour mixture and mix it until the entire mixture is even.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased pan. Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool the brownies for 20 minutes

You Need:

  1. 2⅓ cups of all-purpose flour
  2. One teaspoon of baking soda
  3. One teaspoon of salt
  4. 6 ounces of cannabutter
  5. 1 ounce of unsalted butter
  6. 3/4 cup of sugar
  7. 1 cup of brown sugar
  8. One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  9. Two large eggs kept at room temperature
  10. 1¾ cups of chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Take a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Take a large bowl, mix cannabutter, regular butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture turns creamy.
  4. Add eggs, one after the other, to the mixture.
  5. Little by little, add flour to the mixture and mix well.
  6. Add the chocolate chips into the mixture.
  7. Bake the mixture for 9-11 minutes.
