Easy Ways to Detect 10 Common Health Problems

Let’s admit the fact that not all of us are aware of the symptoms of diabetes, skin cancer, eating disorder and some few apparent illnesses. Nonetheless, doctors would always advise that early detection is always best and helpful in saving our lives.

Here is a list of 10 diseases and their early warning signs that should never go unattended to. Consider the following;

  • Blurred vision
  • Intense thirst
  • Frequently getting hungry
  • Weight gain or loss for no reason
  • Inconsistent urination
  • Fatigue
  • Wounds that don’t heal or heal too slow
  • Pain and numbness

2. Cancer of the skin

Common symptoms of skin cancer may include:

  • Moles
  • Jaundice
  • Skin lesions that hardly heal
  • Redness in the face and neck area
  • Hard red skin with silvery patches
  • Changes in moles on the skin

3. Joint or muscle disease

The symptoms of joint or muscle disease are:

  • Consistent muscle pain
  • Tingling or numbness
  • Swelling around the joint area
