There is a familiar face, er back, in dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper’s office today. Yes, the doc is main star in the treatment room, but there are several patients who have pops so spectacular they almost eclipse her fame.

You’re in for a real treat today Popaholics. In Dr. Pimple Popper’s new Instagram video, you get to see where it all began with Momma Squishy.

In Dr. Pimple Popper’s latest Instagram video, Momma Squishy comes in for her very first extractions. She adds a little background in the caption: “The very first time I filmed with Momma Squishy! A nice little #tbt ???? #drpimplepopper”

ICYMI: Momma Squishy is a beloved patient who suffers from steatocystomas and lots of them. “Steatocystomas typically contain a syrup-like, yellowish , odorless, oily material,” Dr. Pimple Popper explained. “If they are inflamed or infected by bacteria, they can develop a foul odor and can be a definite source of social isolation.”

No wonder Momma Squishy came to Dr. Pimple Popper for help. She gets a lot of it from the pro pimple popper.

This particular visit shows how the dermatologist treats a smaller steatocystoma. Don’t mistake small for boring, though. This pop is oh so satisfying.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her comedone extractor tool and applies pressure to the bump. As soon as she does, a squiggly stream of yellow goo shoots out. Dr. Pimple Popper scoops it up with the tool and repeats the process until the video cuts out.

This is only the beginning of a satisfying doctor-client-fan relationship with Momma Squishy.
