You could also grind the neem leaves into a paste and use it to reduce hair loss. Grind fresh neem leaves to a fine paste using a little hot water.

Apply this paste to your hair from the scalp to the tips and wrap your hair in a towel. Wash your hair thoroughly after one or two hours. If the paste is coarse then it will be difficult to remove the remnants of neem leaves.
