Whether what you have is a mild case of insomnia or an extreme one, sleep deprivation is not a good thing to experience. It could be the most boring book on your shelf; it could be the most interesting; the point is that reading a book with a regular light source is a better option that will not only help you fall asleep easier but will relax your brain before bedtime.
