1. Face Mask for Acne Free Skin

You will need

  1. Lemon wedge
  2. A few drops of apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • Prepare the face mask by pouring the apple cider vinegar over the lemon wedge.
  • Mix the baking soda with water and make a paste. This will come in handy at the time of rinsing the mask off with warm water.


  • Apply the mask all over your face by gently massaging it into your skin.
  • Leave on for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Spread the baking soda paste over this and rinse your face with warm water to reveal healthy glowing skin.

2. Anti Aging Face Mask

You will need

  1. 1 cup lentils
  2. 2 tablespoon fresh cream
  3. 2 teaspoon honey
  4. 2 teaspoon water


  • Wash the lentils thoroughly. Put them in a grinder, add some water and grind them to a paste. To this paste, add the cream and honey.


  • Clean your face and apply the mask all over it. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
  • Using this mask regularly should give you youthful skin.

3. Easy to Make Face Toner

You will need

  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 2 teaspoon honey


  • In a blender, puree the cucumber and collect the juice in a bowl.
  • Add honey to this and mix well.


  • Apply the toner on your face and neck with a cotton pad. Let it dry and rinse it off with warm water.
  • Use this mixture frequently to keep acne away. It can be stored for up to 1 week in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.

4. Everyday Face Mask for Healthy Skin

You will need

  1. 1 apple
  2. 1 tablespoon honey


  • Roughly chop the apple and blitz it with honey using a blender until it becomes a smooth paste.


  • Apply this mixture over your face. Let it stay for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
  • Use this mixture once every day for healthy, acne free skin.

5. Natural Facial Scrub

You will need

  1. 3 tablespoon fresh cream
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. ½ cup brown sugar
  4. ½ cup ground almonds
  5. 2 tablespoon olive oil


  • Mix all the ingredients well.


  • Apply the scrub to your face and neck in circular motions. Keep it on for about 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
  • Follow this by rinsing with cold water and pat dry your face.
  • This scrub can be stored for up to week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

6. Fight Pimple Spots

You will need

  1. Chickpea flour
  2. A few drops of rose water
  3. 1 potato


  • Grate the potato and squeeze its juice.
  • Take the flour as needed and mix with the potato juice and the rosewater. Make a thick paste.


  • Apply this paste on your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes.
  • Wash it off with warm water.
  • Using this paste regularly should help you get spot free skin.

7. Wake Up with Coffee

You will need

  1. ¼ cup ground Coffee
  2. 1 teaspoon honey


  • Mix the coffee and the honey to make a smooth paste.


  • Apply the coffee paste to your face in circular motions. Try and use it as soon as you prepare it.
  • Leave it on for about 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
  • This mask is great if you want to rejuvenate your tired skin. Always remember to moisturize your face/body after using this mask.

8. Nurturing Face Cleanser

You will need

  1. 1 tablespoon thick yogurt
  2. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  3. 2 drops of your favorite essential oil (optional)


  • Mix the above ingredients together into a smooth paste.


  • Gently apply the paste to your face, avoiding the area around your eyes. Use your fingertips to massage it into your skin.
  • Leave it on for a couple of minutes and wash off with warm water.
  • This cleanser is particularly good for oily/combination skin and can be used to remove dirt and makeup buildup from the face.
