6 Kind of Shoes That Can Cause Harm to You

Almost every normal person works about 260 kilometres in a year and to engage in such walking activities you need to have the right pair of shoes that are comfortable and good looking.

This is a good thing to be very fashionable but most of the time fashion comes first, and people put their health in second place.

For guys, it’s really not a challenge getting the right kind of shoes, but for ladies, we want to explore, and so we try many of our different options in this article we will be looking at six kinds of footwear that can be damaging to not only your legs but your entire body.

Pointed shoes

Pointed shoes can be very classy, but at the same time, they are not appropriate for people with wide feet because of how tight they can be.

When you put on pointed shoes you’re putting too much weight on your toes, and as you already know, nobody likes to be squeezed and that includes your toes.

Pointed shoes can cause blisters and nerve pain so if you want to follow fashion trends you must get ready to suffer all the pains that come with it or you can just decide to put them on only on special occasions.

Flip-flops can make your ankle suffer serious misalignment

Almost everyone has a pair two or flip-flops that are specially reserved for beach outing on summertime, but the question you need to ask yourself is if really these flip flops are comfortable.

Flip flops have rubber or plastic parts which rest between your toes and may lead to skin harm and misalignment of your knees and ankles. Flip flops will not give your feet any form of support, and if you make any attempt to running them, you definitely know you are getting nowhere.

High heels can cause nerve damage

It is almost difficult to find a woman in the 21st century who does not want to wear high heels once in a while even if it is not something they wear every time at least they have a pair in their wardrobe.

No doubt high heels are lovely the beautiful and the give women this very sexy look and whenever they come with more than ages than you can imagine. People who put on high heels often will suffer from lower back pain over time wearing them can also lead to ingrown toenails sprains or even nerve damage.

The only way you can avoid all of these problems associated with high heels is to make sure that when you’re making a purchase, you did not by any hill higher than 3 inches you can also adopt the option of putting them on to a guess the office the switching to more comfortable shoes while your working.

Flat shoes will put pressure on your plantar fascia

Most women do not want to believe that it is possible for flat shoes to do any damages, but in reality, they can cause a lot of damage and discomfort.

This happens because flat shoes do not have any app support and at the end of the day they would cost you to suffer from pain in your back and knees because all the pressure will be on your plantar fascia.

Flat shoes would do more damage to your legs than you think but if you must wear them is to be better if you buy orthotic inserts and fix them into your shoes so that your if it can be in the right position as you walk around.

Too light is too soft running shoes can cause trauma

Running shoes are designed specifically for running but today’s fashion is beginning to change things you’re not supposed to put on running shoes daily even though they’re light and comfortable.

The lightness and comfortability of running shoes are what put more than age on your plantar fascia, so it is best that you always opt for athletic shoes that are made from harder bottoms if you want to put them on every day.

Wedge or platform shoes destroy the very mechanism of walking

One of the things you should be able to do comfortably when you are working is bend, but if you’re putting on platform shoes, this becomes impossible. Platform shoes are usually not designed to be flexible, and that is going to affect your movement and make it limited.

Your shoes are supposed to repeat your movement, but platform shows do the direct opposite of that when you’re working, so it makes it seem like you’re walking backwards.

Whatever shoes are your favourite, the first thing you must have in mind is that they have to be comfortable and then you can go after how they look once you choose a comfortable and good looking you can work with confidence and attract the kind of attention that you desire.
