6 Efficient Ways to Naturally Remove Dental Plaque

There’s nothing like carrying a perfect smile to compliment a beautiful day. A smile is considered one of the most feature a person can exhibit and it can change how others see a different relationship with you. Nonetheless, some things can ruin a good smile.

Things that can harm your teeth and hinder you from displaying your 32. Such things may include smoking, irregular dental care, and excess caffeine. These seemingly innocent routines can cause some issues to our dental health such as plaques and teeth discolouration. If you must reduce your visit to the dentist, below are some of the things you could adopt that can reduce dental issues.

1. Baking soda:

You could use baking soda as a natural scrub, not to mention other known remedies it provides. Add a teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with a pinch of salt. Then dip your toothbrush into the concoction and brush your teeth with it.

2. Glycerine and Aloe Vera:

You could make your own natural toothpaste by combining Aloe Vera and glycerine.All you need is a cup of water, half a cup of baking soda, a teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel, four teaspoons of glycerine and one teaspoon of lemon essential oil.Brush with this mixture and notice how your teeth change in colour in minutes. It also helps your teeth get healthier and shinier.

3. Orange peel

Orange peels aren’t useless. You don’t have to dispose of off the peels after you are done with the juice. You can clean your teeth enamel with orange peels. This helps to whiten the teeth as it also helps to fight off bacteria and prevent teeth stains.Rinse off with water after some minutes.

4. Vitamin mask

Mashed up veggies and vitamins rich in vitamin C is easy to make a mashup that can help prevent teeth plaques when applied. The combination of tomatoes, oranges, and strawberries would make a great paste your teeth can greatly benefit from. Rinse off after 5 minutes after application.

This helps kill any traces of bacteria and gives the mouth a fresh breath.5. Sesame seeds to clean out your teeth and rid your mouth of dental plaques, you can take a handful of the seeds and chew on them for several minutes before spitting it out. Then remove any trace of the seeds with a dry brush. Sesame seeds are equally good in removing teeth stains.

6. Vinegar solution

Despite its foul taste, it is 100% natural, and it can be used to cleanse your mouth teeth without causing any form of damage. You can use two tablespoons of vinegar, one spoon of salt and 4 oz of water. Combine the ingredients and apply to your teeth.
